This toy hauler is ready to transport your toys to your favorite destinations, then sleep 6-8 people. All of the annoying bugs have been dealt with on this RV. Just last year a complete new $6,500 roof was installed and an additional $1000 spent on upgrades including a new 19 foot awning, new porcelain toilet, new shower valves, new heavy duty 12-ply tires to help carry those heavy toys and a new battery this year. We have transported large side x sides including a 2018 Polaris Ranger 1000 Crew and a 2018 Polaris RZR XP4 Turbo 1000 with no issues. This one has large fresh water, grey water and black water tanks and a 10 gallon hot water tank for extended dry camping. It has a perfect running on-board 5.5 KW Onan Generator which will power everything in the RV plus probably your neighbor's RV! Large capacity gas tank for the generator and for the fueling station which is on the right side for convenience when you are camping in an RV park. Rear power bunks for extra people, a convection microwave oven and corian countertops. It has a few minor blemishes on the exterior but it looks good. The only thing it needs inside is a stereo system.
