I understand that as a dealership and (in-house)financial institution don’t take default  lightly and I don’t take it lightly and understand that this a company and it that you have to pay your bills. Yes I defaulted on my first car payment and my insurance was out but when I spoke with Jennie this morning all she said was that I had to pay my 2 missed car payments, late fee, and $450 repossession fee, and show proof of my insurance. Which I was going to have everything paid by tomorrow. Pay insurance today and the 2 car payments tomorrow and the 3 car payment on Friday( originally due date). Jennie was being rude and saying rude things to me 20 minutes later I received a email that I have to pay the full balance $8,000. I paid every pick up payment on time every Friday, never called to say that I can’t make payments or give me a day or so every payment was on time by Friday before the end of the day. Things happen in peoples lives and shouldn’t have people feel less than because they feel into a financial hardship. All I want is the opportunity to pay my overdue car payments and pay all payments moving forward. I’ve gotten a second job so this type of thing will never happen again. It seems other people get the opportunity to make payments but they still choose not to make payments but I’m willing to make my payments and make them on time moving forward. I think Jennie made the decision because of our agreement and that’s not right. To the owner of US Express Auto can I have the opportunity to pay the 2payments I miss of total $229 and the repossession fees $450 to get my truck back please?

Me and my wife just got a truck from them in February today is 4/10/2024 I paid 1500 deposit up front we worked out a deal for the 1000 we payed 250 every week faithfully we fell under hard times and insurance got cut off and 2 payments behind total up to 219  plus repossession fee 450 so I talk to Jenny and I mean I know people have to be touch in this business but she was very rude to my wife and all my wife was trying to explain was that she don’t see a missed call she gave us 4 to 5 numbers that might have called we didn’t see them so I understand you have to come get the car but to say to somebody that you should pay your bills like we are not human  people have hard times and to keep hanging up in your face so after that transaction between them to we was to pay what we need to get the truck back but now we received something saying they want the entire 8000 I asked to speak to owner since that’s who finesse the truck she told me no I can’t speak with him all I wanted to do was pay 219 plus 450 and my new payment of 109 tomorrow get my insurance settled I really need my truck I’m coming on here because she refuses to let us speak to the owner I’ve added a second job I use the truck to do my newspaper route so the money would cover the car and we have no further problems I hope there some way we can resolve this we don’t have 8000 to get the truck back this is our fist time having a problem here I believe I purchased a good vehicle I would love to resolve the issue this is more then a car for us this is our life right now we us it to work another job so we can pay are bills to not have these issues again hopefully we can settle this

Brought my son there to hopefully buy his first car. Worked with Daniel and all I got was the run around. He spent 5 minutes telling me how great the car was and was working with the manger to negotiate the price. Came back a few minutes later and said the car was on hold. Then he tells me he has a much better car only to find out it was over 20 years old. Worst car buying experience I ever had. Unfortunately, my son had to see on his first visit how bad it can be trying to buy a used vehicle. I would never refer anyone to this dealership.

Would not recommend... Went to buy a car there and I found it online for $500 cheaper than what they told me the price was. When it was brought it to their attention they wouldn't give me the price quoted online. Instead Daniel told me now everyone else can buy it for $500 cheaper but your price still remains the same as we quoted. I told them to keep the damn car. Thanks

Great place to purchase a vehicle IF YOU HAVE YOUR $h!+ together and you've done your home work.  Sergio (sales associate) did an amazing job putting our deal together BUT that was because we had our business in order. We financed through our credit union and we did it in our business name.

Our transaction and communicate with US Express was easy smooth and honest. They did a great job getting me the information my Credit union requested quickly.

I would HIGHLY recommend doing business with them but you MUST have your affairs in order:

- License
- finances (bank loans)
- CREDIT
