I had an outstanding experience with The Best Used Car Sales dealership when purchasing my 2011 black Lexus ES350. From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly, attentive, and reassured me throughout the entire process. They really took the time to listen to my needs and helped me find the perfect car. The Lexus itself is in fantastic condition—runs like a dream! The price was fair, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re in the market for a quality used vehicle, I highly recommend this place. Their commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart!

First Off do not buy a car from this facility. My husband and I purchased a car from this place and received nothing but problems from the start. We test drove a vehicle and asked about the air not getting cool during our drive. The sales guy told us that he will take it to his mechanic to have it re-charged if we wanted to buy it. We told him yes we wanted to buy it. The car drove nice and it was very clean. We spent a few hours (not a dealership issue but a credit union issue on our end) we finalized paperwork and left. We drove the vehicle to Riverside and then drove it home to Victorville. On the way up the Cajon pass the vehicles turbo went out and the car went into limp mode. We  were able to drive it home but it took forever. We called the dealership and the sales guy said legally he doesn’t have to do anything but morally he feels obligated. He said to have it towed down there and he will have his mechanic look at it. He also said that the vehicle passed smog in March so it’s not him. So I did some research and come to find out they have a dealership, mechanic, and tire shop on the same lot. Found out the mechanic has been reported for illegal smogs in 2020 - 2022. My husband and I made the decision to not go through them but to go through Honda. Best decision ever. They told us the turbo went out. Honda said that a warning light will come up a few times before it goes out. Which was reset by the dealer. The ac condenser went out (leaking like a siv) which the dealer knew about. Now both of those things were covered through Honda. So we were good on our end. But the fact that the dealership has lied and reset codes and sold us a vehicle with a leaking condenser is outrageous. Please do not shop here. Don’t trust the mechanic either. Very bad company. I am not sure how they get their good reviews but I don’t think it has anything to do with the good service maybe paid marketing.

Great place to go get a car I’ve had my sons car for a little over 2 years now and everything still going great with it no problems at all but I would recommend getting the insurance just in case though because you never know and it’s not to expensive
