Just recently bought a 2021 Cadillac XT5 400 with my partner, the vehicle was due for an oil change and the motor air filter change. They said that they would take care of it when I bring it back so I brought it back waited 40 minutes just to check the work they did when I got back home and nothing was done, they just reset the oil life and air filter life through the speedometer but check out the photo and you tell me if the air filter was changed. My advice don’t go here and purchase a vehicle when all in all it cost little to nothing for anyone and especially this dealership to do a simple oil change and air filter change but of course them being honest and loyal to their customers isn’t a thing there. I have been calling them to try and resolve this but they don’t wanna answer my phone calls. I wonder why.

Bought a cargo van…it’s leaking from roof & they had to know as it rains in Florida daily & they let me sign papers & immediately put in shop for over a month & trying to tell me I owe a payment…

Communication is beyond poor…Carlos never answers,txt back or email & had not been for Milad @ Hollywood office…I would be completely lost & therefore this is beyond bad business

I went looking for a used car today for my sister. It has to be clean title, not too old, so she can Uber and Amazon, and not touch wear and tear. A salesman named Carlos Gonzalez helped me. Very honest and helpful young man. He did everything possible so I could take the car to my sister today. He was running all over the lot. He negotiated with me, got the manager to approve, gave me a contact for a car locksmith, and will be taking care of the maintenance and some body painting for the car in 2 days because today Sunday their shop is closed. Carlos was very flexible to work with. In 2 hours, I left with my sister's 2016 Nissan Rogue. My sister is so happy. This is what selling is about - providing solutions to the customer.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!! DONT BUY THERE! I live in Lawrenceville, Georgia. I went down to Miami looking for a work van for my business, I found a good offer at this dealer. It was a rainy day and I drove in the block and saw the car from the outside, since it was cloudy and rainy the details were not appreciated. When they were offering us the car, the seller comments that the car HAS NOT HAD SHOCKS, when asking them for a carfax report, they refuse to give it to me, since according to them they use another application. they never give me the report. when closing the business and paying the downpayment of 3,000 dollars in debit card, we asked them to Please make some small adjustments in the aesthetics of the van, since there were broken glass, the click of the pilot's belt did not have the case, details. We also tell you that we would return by the van in about 3 days, since I had to get off by plane and return driving. The day I returned, they had already closed and had left me the keys, when starting the journey to Georgia, you begin to feel like the van is not completely aligned. When I arrived in Georgia I went to my mechanic and told me that the van was It was deteriorated. I paid the carfax report on my own and I find that I had had 3 crashes, so I also find photos of the van with severe blows. I contact the seller and express the dissatisfaction with what was found, to which his answer is that it is no longer the dealer's problem, he tells me to contact the bank. when I communicate they tell me that it is not the bank's problem, since the bank only lends the money and that it is the dealer's responsibility to sell a car in good condition. after 30 days when the Expiration date of the first temporary plate, they tell me that the permanent plate is in process and that they were going to give us a second temporary one while two weeks we received the permanent one. in that period they send us by postal mail documents of registration transfer from Florida to Georgia, which are notarized and sent back. two weeks before the second temporary plate expires. we started calling them to ask them about the permanent plate, they dodged our calls, they did not answer our messages and when they did they expressed themselves in a rude way and without solution Some. We express our concern. Today, May 29, 2025, I am writing this complaint because 10 days before the second temporary plate was expired, I have not sent a permanent or temporary plate to be able to work, which has generated losses in my business
