If this ad is still up, it's still available, so please don't ask me if it's still available??? That is STUPIDLY re- occuring question. Perfect for the upcoming hunting season! Needs a new front door & some plywood flooring. Water heater needs to be replaced. Located 4 miles East of Mt Plymouth. Comes with the title. All 6 tires are full of air. Spare is good also. You'll need a truck with a Gooseneck/5th wheel hookup to move it. I don't have a truck. IF YOU HAVE NO PLACE TO PUT IT OR NO WAY TO MOVE IT....DO NOT WAIST MY TIME! Either come get it or don't bother me. I'll burn it in place if I have to, but 50+ tire-kickers and him-hawers have me jaded. It's worth far more than I'm asking.
