Vintage heavy-duty fireplace grate from the 1960s. This came out of a mid-century wood-burning fireplace and is built like a tank. Approx. 33" wide x 18" deep Welded steel “basket” design with mesh-style bottom Holds logs securely and allows good airflow for efficient burns Great for a larger indoor fireplace or rustic outdoor fire pit Original piece with a mid-century look Condition: Structurally solid with lots of life left. Surface rust/patina from age and use, but no broken welds. You could wire-brush and hit it with high-temp black paint for a fresh look, or use it as-is. Pickup only in the Woodstock neighborhood of SE Portland. Cash or Venmo. If the ad is up, it’s still available.
