Description

This is real leather, that got worn over time in the seating areas mostly. You can see one pillow we reupholstered. The cushions still feel very sturdy and the back has a lot of support. Cushions have zipped removable covers. Beautiful curvy wood details. Pull up and over to get the bed part out. Will likely need reupholstery, but they don't make curvy furniture like this anymore. Lots of detail. Clean house. No pets, no smoking, no bugs, no water damage. Including armrests: 74" wide, 34" deep, 18" from floor to seat, 38" tall in the back. The bed is 50" wide by 72" long, with a thin foam mat, wooden bouncy slats. Can change the mattress on top. Matching loveseat is available. Local pick up near Syosset Public Library.
