GREAT Experience doing business with Alpha Cycles Miami. Carolina was my main points of contact but I met several other people there and the whole team treated me wonderfully. It was very easy and pleasant to buy a motorcycle there.They were not pushy took the time and answered all my questions. They were able to bring me the bike to my house with no problem. I had an awesome time at Alpha Cycles during my selling of my motorcycle and buying another one from them...it was fast...very professional..simple...Nela was my salesperson..very charismatic..very attentive...and she makes very good coffee so the little time you wait goes even faster while enjoying the coffee ☕️. I had never purchased a motorcycle without seeing it in person and was initially apprehensive. They were not pushy  took the time and answered all my questions.  I was unable to make the trip down to pick the bike up. And they even worked out and affordable delivery for me. And when the bike arrived, it was exactly as advertised.  Perfect.  I love my new bike, but if and when I ever need another.  I'll be buying it from this fine establishment again too.  Great service. Great people.  Highly reccommend. **UPDATE 4/29/2025: Jennifer, the Store Manager, and Marcos, the business owner will repeatedly tell you they've tried to work with you and help you when they do the exact opposite. Marcos had quite the attitude with me the last time we spoke on the phone, trying to come to a resolution about the dent and scratch on my bike that I bought from them--yelling at me saying "he wasn't my servant." I never said he was. On Feburary 8 of this year, Jennifer said in a text to me that they "should" be in contact with me soon for the pending resolutions...and...nothing from them since. They promised me probably a dozen times they would make this situation right. Someone's pride is in the way. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, where they now have a D+ rating for failing to respond to their numerous attempts to reach them. Real professional! Spend your money with a business who actually cares about their customers versus stringing them along after they've admitted their errors and choose to do nothing. ***

My experience with Alpha Cycles has been less than desirable from the get go. After being passed around from sales people to finance and one very incompetent person in finance, a deal was finally made. They were not at all transparent with the breakdown of the fees associated when buying the motorcycle. They initially tried to charge for fees like gap insurance, and other fees, some that were around $1,000, that they somehow made disappear after being questioned about what these excessive and unnecessary fees were. Educate yourself about what are necessary fees, and question them if something doesn’t look right. My bike was delivered to Georgia and the driver was supposed to leave paperwork which included a temporary tag. That didn’t happen. Alpha then overnighted a package to the wrong address via FedEx, despite their attempts to get the address updated. The store manager, Jennifer, was to follow up to ensure I received the documents I had been waiting for, and never did. I’ve had the motorcycle for about a month, and all I have now is an expired state of Florida registration, so technically I cannot be riding my motorcycle. On top of all of that, after being told by a salesman that the bike was in perfect condition, it showed up with a dent and scratch over an inch long on the gas tank, with touch up paint on it. They did not disclose this and Jennifer also did not address this issue after I brought it to her attention. This is unfortunately a company that does not care about their customers and has major room for improvement. Mistakes happen but this is a lack of basic care for the customer. Too many issues have happened and they’re not very sympathetic to the list of problems I’ve had with them. I hope others have a more positive experience than I did.

I would recommend Alpha Cycles to anyone looking to purchase a motorcycle.  From the the sales team to ownership is nothing but A 1 class. Beautiful showroom and have a motorcycle for all. Alpha made me feel welcomed and trust thay I am in great hands.
