Just when I felt like giving up on getting a car I found this little gem and couldn’t be more thankful , they were very welcoming and made it happen , I was able to get a vehicle that I love with a low monthly payment . I highly recommend this amazing place

Car had problems took a while to get it back after they said they'll fix it and top of that they told me I'd get my plates before the temps expire it expired 3 days ago still nothing. I have called them about twice a day now for the past 2 weeks and they always say they're helping a customer or they don't know what why that's happening. I live far away so I would like to know before going and picking them up.

Reached out to Eddie VIA text regarding an ad on Craigslist. He sent me an application link and recommended that I apply for the car I wanted, which I did. From there the communication was inconsistent. Called the dealership a few times for any updates and I kept getting the runaround. I would be told the finance guy wasn’t around and that he would give me a call when he arrives, and they never happened. I tried to be mindful and consider maybe they really are just busy, so remained patient. A few hours went by and still nothing! Now it’s the next day. Call no answer, waited a few hours called again and Eddie answers. He seemed busy and multitasking so again I understood and remained patient. He then starts asking for further information, downpayment credit score blah blah blah. It was obvious that my down payment wasn’t to his liking or the fact that I am first time buyer but he never said he couldn’t help me. He proceeded to tell me that he may know of a bank that would approve me. Unfortunately this all took place on a Sunday so the bank was closed. Again I am a first time buyer had I known that the day would be an issue I would have never contacted them Sunday but again not my fault considering the fact that I’ve been contacting them since Saturday morning. With that being said I reached out to Eddie AGAIN Monday for any updates remind you he has already ran my credit!!!! and sure enough I got no response!!!! How unprofessional can you be? If you don’t want to help for whatever reason that may be don’t waste peoples time further more don’t ignore and be honest with people!

A big thank you to the sales team at Pacific Auto for taking care of my father so well and working together to sell him the right vehicle. From the start, the sales team was responsive and helpful. To the very end, they were honest, reasonable and have us excellent service. Very much appreciated. Thank you
