We recently purchased a car from this dealership and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt well taken care of. Our sales professional, Ronnie, was exceptional. He was honest and transparent about everything, no games or pressure tactics whatsoever. The finance process was equally smooth, thanks to the finance manager (I apologize for not remembering her name). She was efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly very skilled at her job. Our experience with the staff at the Chrysler dealership has been horrible. After making an appointment for diagnostic, our Chrysler Pacifica was brought in and sat for three days before being diagnosed with a failing alternator. We were appointed to Michael as our person of communication. He was communicative but very vague and unhelpful. Our car was with them for 20 days and driven 5 miles.
Once the car was repaired we arrived to pick it up, and we immediately noticed a large crack in our nearly new roof box along with an area on the other side that was hit and then covered up with some sort of application. When we showed this to Michael and Rob they immediately denied that the damage had been done while our van was in their care.
After weeks of back and forth negotiation and unhelpful communication with Michael and Rob, we were told they had decided they could reimburse us for half the cost of a new roof box (400). The following day we received a call from the manager, Rob, who was extremely unprofessional and attempted to bribe us into leaving a 10 star review in exchange for a full cargo rack reimbursement. We declined the bribe to leave a 10 star review, and we continued to request a full reimbursement. Rob told us he would request a check for a full reimbursement from corporate and that we would receive the check in a few days. It has now been over a month, and we still have no check.

We have also emailed this info to customer.relations@autonation.com, as well as submitted to their text line customer service number a month ago.

This is the third car I have bought from the location and everyone has been a great experience. The sale personal are patient and awnser all your questions. No pressure during the buy which I really appreciate.

I’m am completely satisfied with my purchase and service from AutoNation Carlsbad. The level of care and service to their customers is exemplary!! We love our Jeep which has brought lots of great memories experiences to our family. We feel that AutoNations services and customer care will continue to provide many more years of great experiences.
