Specs: CPU: Intel Core i7-9750H (9th gen) GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1650 DDR5 RAM: 32GB Storage: 1TB SSD Screen Size: 15.6 inches Resolution: 1920x1080 Refresh Rate: 60FPS OS: Windows 11 When I bought this laptop I immediately upgraded the RAM and Storage myself. It works great. I even reapplied thermal paste to the CPU, cleaned out the inside as it had collected some dust and cat hair, so that shouldn't be a concern. Works totally fine, (as shown in the last pic for verification) I just don't need or use it anymore. It's been a while since I've used it at all actually. There is a noticeable "scratch" or mark on the top. but that's just because I used to have a bunch of stickers on it. I took all of them off, and cleaned the laptop the best I could. I figure nobody would want a laptop with a bunch of stickers they didn't want on it lol. you may notice other areas where there were stickers before. I did my best.
