Small 16ft camper. Clean Title. AC works, Lights work, plumbing works, microwave works, checking fridge now. Bed turns into table. Tows fine. 7 pin connector. Tires hold air. All outside lights work. Has an awning. Comes with a spare tire. Has 220amp power but i have a 110 adapter making it very easy to plug thia camper in. During testing with the 110 hooked up I had the AC running with all the lights on, all vents on, and even turned the microwave on and nothing tripped. I originally purchased it to make the repairs myself but ultimately i just dont have the time. Roof needs to be repaired/replaced (roof replacement kit ia $300 for this size camper). It has caused rot within the frame work and swelling in some of the cabinets. Subfloor seems solid. Floor is outdated but usable. Awesome project for someone for around $1000 in repairs give or take.
