2023 Honda ruckus wiring project

Purchased a storage auction with this in it and was hoping it would just start right up and be a dream but it comes with bill sale and lean sale Dmv packet proving previous Owner forfeiture, hit me up for more info if interested and please don’t blow ball. I know it’s a project but even in the project bike market range it still says it’s worth a hell of a lot and I’m not even asking that much and value is there I just don’t have time cause truly all it needs. Is someone who knows wiring in a new ignition and a little wash down but has been sitting in a storage unit? I’m guessing it was in there for a minute cause it had dust engines a baby 1440 miles to 2023. It’s current value at the market is over 2600 buckssitting like this maybe about 15. I’m not gonna ask that I’m gonna ask 1000 and I’ll help you all the way through making sure you’re good at the end of the day hit me up for more.
