This is brand new and was used one time. I am too short for it and it can't be adjusted for my size. It is whisper quiet, easy to move and it is very sturdy. I purchased a separate seat with a wider bottom. The second seat is included. Come try it out. I paid $325 from Amazon for this bike. Assembly is free.
