Up for sale today is a refurbished retro windows XP laptop with a new solid state drive, upgraded memory, and fresh windows XP install. IBM Thinkpad T42 (23734wu) Windows XP (pro is loaded) sp2 Intel Pentium M (centrino) at 1.7ghz 1.5gb ddr (1x1024 and 1x512) Radeon 7500 128gb SSD (m2 sata in a 2.5 ide adapter) Power adapter included Battery holds *a* charge, but no idea for how long. A spot where a sticker was on the lid, but otherwise in great shape considering it's age. The size of the hard drive adapter means it's not connected to the hard drive cover, but everything is firm and sturdy. Has not been connected to the Internet at all yet. 3dmark2001 score of 3972. This is not a daily driver laptop. This is recommended for retro games and applications only. Available for pickup in Kent near Reber Ranch.
