I used a car search website; all the ones I liked were at Elite Car Outlet. My kids and I went to "look". Jaime was fabulous, no pressure, very knowledgeable, and very calming and patient. He gave me the keys to check the car out and take a test drive. I paid for the car and filled out the paperwork which took very little time and drove my new car home. Jamie and the staff even said to call back if I had questions. I did, and Jaime answered it right away. I really felt cared for with Jaime. He deserves 10 stars!

Purchased a car on 4/14/25. Still waiting for title. Called this past Thursday, spoke to a woman that said she would call Secretary of State. Never heard back. Called today, spoke to a guy who proceeded to tell me about all the never happened times someone had spoken to me. Even had the nerve to tell me to I should purchase my plate sticker earlier so I can get my title. Sticker is not due till 9/30. Will not and cannot recommend this business.

These guys are awesome!  They were kind and very knowledgeable.  Ted and Juan helped us stay within our budget and go home satisfied.  We would definitely go back!

Ted was amazing and made the whole process so quick, simple, and low stress.  He gave me a great price too.   I would definitely come back here to buy a used car again in the future!

Purchased a minivan in January and already paying more in repairs than I purchased it for. Dude didn’t tell me that because it had been in a crash- the doors don’t lock. It’s a minivan. For my kids. And the doors don’t lock. Dude said he replaced the engine mounts and did all the breaks- that’s a couple of things the shop is saying the van NEEDS right now. He even said he wasn’t going to be taking any money off because he “just replaced the breaks”. There’s CO2 leaking in the cabin that’s again, for my kids. He spray painted multiple areas that came off the first time it rained revealing bubbly rust spots. They didn’t even give this thing an oil change. The filter was like nothing I’d ever seen before and I worked at jiffy lube as a teen. Steer clear from here and I’ll be contacting the FTC, BBB and possibly legal aide. Shame on you.
