John Deere 170 Lawn Tractor powered by Kawasaki FC420V. The motor works great! Purchased about 10 years ago and have used it every season on a weekly basis. Brakes do not work and transmission stopped working about 2 months ago and I just don't have the time to fix. Not sure about this model but acts like a trans pully type issue. The gears don't catch and it just makes a loud clicking sound for each gear. The Kawasaki Engine runs perfect and starts every time. Last owner included copies of the manual and parts list. Local pickup only. If you have any questions, let me know.
