Additional rad cooler in route with heater core lines mounted to underside of hood with auto sensor electric fan. High clearance long arms are Modified Rough country 6.5” long arms. Axle swap is a trussed DynaTrac Pro Rock 60 HD. Yes the HD version with trussed internals and highest clearance with high pinion. Drive shaft sits so high it’s above leaf springs so cliffs are no problem and driveshaft alignment is perfect. Aftermarket engine mounts help angle too. Fully Loaded top of the line with Chromoly axles with Detroit locker and 4:88gears. This is a 5700$ housing alone without locker ring gear axles bearings etc is over 10k. 96’ Chevy 4x4 front rotors coupled with Chevy cyclone 1/2ton rear brake calipers. These parts reliable oversized are available at any store anytime for 10-20$ a component! Leafs are long rubicon 6.5” with helper removed paired to boomerang shackles to accommodate extra length with Bilstein reservoir shocks and Chevy, Toyota 6 lug pattern. Front axle is the holly grail for xj. 78’ ford 4x4 35’box truck with wagoneer outers. 1/2” thick axle housing very similar to snow fighter axle. Custom made chromoly moser axles because of odd axle lengths. Fully trussed and fitted under xj perfectly with correct geometry throughout. This was built around ride height of vehicle so springs shocks etc are all aligned perfectly and front is stretched 2.5”. No bends in the track bar or tie rods that clear diff cover perfectly with wagoneer outers. All steering components are 1 1/2” dom with Heims. Custom 3link attached to axle truss with 3/4” 40,000lb shear heims. Locrite locker in front. 4:88gears. Front brakes are Jeep Wrangler calipers and rotors paired up with Toyota Chevy 6lug pattern front and back. Have two trans coolers. Jegs 35,000gvw under rear seat area with fan and other 35,000gvw in front of rad. Have an in-line trans fluid filter with derale temp sending unit mounted in front of t-case lever. Trans is fresh built with max pressure and updated shift solenoids etc. jeep has new ecu and all sensors have been replaced. New catalytic converter and oem o2 sensors. New Fuel pump and rebuilt injectors. Intake and injectors are all insulated with d&m insulation kit. Has brand new 5.9l v8 dodge truck 180amp alternator. Engine compression is 143-148 throughout and main bearings look great. When I did head the shop ruined it so bought me a brand new head! I did HD head gasket and all new updated lifters. I can go one for days with parts And mods I’ve done but this is the cleanest most professional xj build you’ll see. Every single stock option on vehicle still works. Cruise control t case gear corrector so Speedo reads correctly. Extra lighting etc all ran though relays with proper fuze techniques, ac, heat, clean stock unmolested interior with no tears and minimal stains. Fully streetable and totally safe on highways at high speeds over 80mph. It’s a quiet safe pleasurable drive with decent radio and rear speaker console. The Leaf springs allow rear end to flex around so tired don’t chirp or bark unless ask them to so doesn’t attract too much unwanted attention. Wheels are atx with 35x12.5r17. This xj requires 17” rims to clear steering knuckle heims and disc brake assemblies. Have over 20k invested into this $6,000 xj and owned for over 5years.
