Coronado 25 foot

25' Coronado Sailboat with functioning toilet, kitchen sink, stove, and lots of storage. Never failed US Coast Gaurd yearly inspection. Bilge is very dry and all keel bolts are not rusted like many. Interior was redone 8 years ago. Can sleep 5 comfortably inside. My wife, son and me has done overnights in her. All rigging in good shape. I keep a tarp over the cockpit to keep birds away since I never go to the Sailboat since I moved to ramona 8 years ago. We used to go to the boat every other weekend previously. Son is heavy into soccer now so that also takes too much of our time. I feel bad it sits in Mission Bay every year and we are there only once a year now. We used to be front row seat to the SeaWorld fireworks, hang out in here while I was on the computer and son building Legos. Wife used to watch her shows in the v-berth. I used to go fishing and it only took 3 gallons of gas. Sailed it from Oceanside to San Diego and had over 100 dolfins swimming next to us in the clear water miles away from shore. Only needs a small cleanup and it's your paradise condo in the water. I wished we lived closer and hope to find another family to enjoy her. Very cheap for how much went into her when we used her for years every weekend. It's been a few years I knew I had to let her go but it's been hard. Many sailboat at this price range has lots of problem and don't have such a large living space. She can also be a full time liven since she has a lot of room inside. Currently on a mooring in Mission Bay but it will need to be moved to another mooring or a marina. It will be an affortable live in at San Diego Bay, Marina, or in Mission Bay to enjoy on weekends like we did. Priced low only because I want to find the right person to take good care of her. She is a great sailboat.
