This an extremely clean 2005 Komfort K2 toy hauler by Thor Industries. We are the original owners and the hauler is in excellent condition. The Onan Marquis Gold 5.5kw generator only has 388 hours and was serviced at 350 hours. The hauler is wired with both a 30amp line for the ac and microwave as well as another dedicated 20 amp to add a second AC if you ever wanted to. It does have ducted AC so I never felt the need to add a second AC unit. It has a 100 gallon fresh water tank and one 45 gallon grey and one 45 gallon black tank. The shower was completely redone in 2018 with a new base, surround and valve. The upgraded oxygenics shower head is also new. The dry weight of the hauler is 6500 pounds and the Max loaded weight is 10,900. This had plenty of space and capacity to carry almost all of the 4 seat side by sides on the market. It is 144 inches to the first cabinet with 66 inches between the oven and the wheel well and 188 inches to the sink. I have used this to haul my 4 seater Can Am X3 for the last two years and the only reason I am selling is to get a larger hauler. The awning will probably need to be replaced in the next year or two and the roof needs to be resealed soon. I am asking $15,000. Can Am is not for sale. Pictures to show it fits. It will fit any of the 4 seat Can Ams, DS models or lower as well as all non turbo S 4 seat Razors without any issues by pulling into the kitchen between the wheel wells. The XRS, pictured, takes some work but it fits.
