This laptop has been well taken care of, seldom used as I have a PC, and is in excellent condition. However, often, the "W" key may require a little more force to use because of the ASUS keyboard design, but it is still functional. I will be including a mechanical keyboard and mouse for FREE, to combat this. The free, included keyboard and mouse, also perform well.
