Two-piece L-shape with a full chaise lounge section. 104" along the back wall, ~91.5" deep on the chaise side (chaise itself ~35.5" wide), ~39.5" deep on the other side. Soft grey chenille-style fabric, no meaningful stains, cushions still in good shape — normal light wear, nothing you’d be embarrassed to have in a living room. Honestly, make a reasonable offer and it’s yours. Main goal is getting it out of the house. Pickup in South OC, and I can flex to any day or time that works for you. You’ll need a truck and a second set of hands because it’s big and heavy, and I can’t transport it—but I’ll help you carry it out. Message me for more photos or measurements. 🙏
