If I could give less than one star, I would. My experience with
Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Of Pearl City has been nothing but frustrating. We traded in our Jeep Gladiator (Black Widow edition) back in early January. Despite this, the vehicle is still listed under our name according to the City and County of Honolulu as of May. It has been close to 6 months and the car has already been resold, and the new owner is receiving parking tickets that are being sent to my home.

I have been in contact with Kimiko, Joey, and Ryan for weeks. Although the initially assured me the issues would be resolved, there has been no follow-up or resolution. Most concerning, I as recently informed that if these tickets (caused by someone else) aren't paid, we will be sent to collections.

The situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. It reflects lack of responsibility and customer care from the dealership. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business here to go somewhere else, otherwise you will be cleaning up all their messes.

On April 17, 2025, I had a terrible experience at Cutter Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Pearl City while negotiating a lease on a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Nighthawk. They listed the price on Jeep’s website but marked it up significantly, then offered a “discount” that brought it back to where it started—scammy and deceptive. Kawika was rude, hanging up on me when I questioned their pricing to hit my monthly goal. I’ve had much better experiences at Windward Dodge and Servco Toyota Windward, and I’m reporting Cutter to the Hawaii DCCA Office of Consumer Protection for unfair pricing under HRS Chapter 480—avoid this dealership!

Jordann’s exceptional service significantly reduced the stress associated with the car-buying process. Had she not been available, I would have delayed my vehicle purchase until my return to the mainland. Presently, I am in possession of my dream vehicle, and my gratitude for her assistance is boundless!!

Integrity, Honor, and Trustworthiness are beliefs I take very personally. In this case a person (or dealership) who honors their commitments and keeps their promises. That is what Mike and Kobee did and why I don't give this review lightly. In this supply chain issue riddled sellers market they could have pushed their position. Instead, not only did they honor our agreement but even made it better. That is the true sign of professionalism in a customer service business that often forgets basic human values. They have earned my business and Loyalty and I am glad to use word of mouth to spread their accolades. At least give them a shot for yourself and see. There is a reason they won best in 21.

Recently bought a used car here at Cutter Jeep Pearl City and bought an extended warranty because I was told it covers any problems I might have. Well, shortly after, the car began shaking while in motion, and when I brought it back to the dealer, the dealer said  that they’re not sure that my warranty covers it. Nice people there but so far not so nice about my warranty. I’ll post again to update the community whether I have good results or bad. If bad, I’ll post more about two other interactions which were REALLY bad. UPDATE: the diagnosis took a little while because they had to get into the guts, but apparently it wasn’t a big problem. They needed to keep the car though, and our rental car was costing us money so they offered us a loaner. And it wasn’t just any loaner— it was the same model as our big car so that we could continue to use it to haul things for work. Oh, on top of that, the warranty is covering the repair. They kept in touch with us and I feel very satisfied that they did all they could to make us happy.
