We had a great experience with Trade up in Chattanooga Tennessee. Beth was our sales representative and she was fantastic.
My husband found the vehicle online, we got our financial approval online prior to traveling from Alabama, test drove the truck and it was just as described in the listing. Upon arriving at TradeUp we were greeted by multiple staff members with smiles and customer support. There wasn't any hard sales techniques, just kind helpful attitudes (which was a factor in our decision to buy the vehicle from TradeUp).
I can, without reservation, recommend TradeUp if you're in the market for a pre-owned vehicle. This is a family owned and operated business. Brandon does a great job taking care of his customers. The selection is impressive, staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the purchasing experience a pleasant one.
