My experience with Your Kar Company was fantastic! From start to finish. Heather was Great! She is very patient and knowledgeable. I have nothing but GREAT things to say about my experience with "YourKarCompany"

I had been searching for a Focus ST for a few months, drove a few, got ghosted by a few dealers who would rather deal in cash from someone in the Military, and started to lose hope.  On a whim, I sent an inquiry about a 2017 ST they had on their lot before they opened and within half an hour of them opening, Heather reached out to me and we set up the appointment!

I came in after work, the next day and met Tree.  They were already cleaning up the vehicle and let me drive it right away!  I had been to three other dealers that didn't even let me test drive the vehicle until we had talked numbers, so this is already a HUGE WIN!

I knew I wanted the car after I drove it, but it was already after 6 and they close at 7.  But, Tree was extremely friendly, and happy I liked the car so he got me with Anthony and we started to talk numbers.

No lie, these guys were attentive and friendly the entire time...we were there until a little after 9, but got the deal done!  I have NEVER had an experience where the dealership was willing to stay much later to get a deal done, it has always been, "Hey come back tomorrow, we will finish up."  That's a great way to lose a deal due to buyer's remorse!

The good news is, I have NO buyer's remorse about this vehicle and this was hands-down the greatest car buying experience I HAVE EVER HAD!!!

I even came back the next day to let them know a fog light was out and they are fixing that for me too!  What a great dealership, and amazing people working here...they truly care about the consumer!

Bought a 2012 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS Sport from them last Friday and yes It had some damaged parts but they had already ordered the parts for it. I also let them know that the tint on the passenger side is peeling and they covered the cost to fix it. Ask for Tree when you go by a car from them.

The entire staff at Your Kar Company was super helpful and friendly. They made sure we were taken care of from start to finish of the buying process and beyond. Highly recommend you consider them for your next car purchase.
