2010 Volkswagen CC

We bought it for our teenager, who wanted a project car to learn cars, but couldn't find anyone to teach him and wound up getting another vehicle. My wife is over it sitting in our driveway and with too many of my own project cars, I just don't have time. Does not start or run: This car only turns on while it's hooked up to a jumper box or another vehicle. It will need to be towed and the timing chain will need to be replaced before it can start, run, or drive. Other than the timing chain, I don't know of any issues. The timing chain needs to be replaced. I have the timing chain kit and a 5-star mobile mechanic just came out and said he'd charge $1,350 for 10 hours of labor to put it on. He did a complete vehicle inspection as well. I'd be happy to share his information with you. Title: I have all of the paperwork from the DMV. The original owner filed it as sold to the DMV, but didn't put a name for the title. Doesn't make sense for me to get the title only to transfer it.
