This is an authentic japanese lolita dress from the brand Innocent World. This is the "Tuck Flare JSK" from 2007. It is a simple black x black dress that comes with a detachable "bow belt" and features beautiful cotton lace. This dress would fit into any lolitas wardrobe and can be coordinated to make cute casual coords for daily wear. Here is the official sizing/measurements from lolibrary: Bust 79-80cm Length 93cm (36.61 inch) Waist 62-74cm Because of the partial shirring on the dress, it can stretch a couple centimeters past the "official measurements". I can zip up the dress with my 36 inch (92cm) bust and a 30 inch (76cm) waist, although it is not as comfortable as I would like. I would not recommend this dress past these measurements. I am willing to meet up in Little Tokyo, if traveling to the San Fernando Valley is too far.
