They also do not have a super-easy threading process and a removeable tray for free-arm use and storage. This one has a snap-on presser foot base on the shaft so you can snap on different feet in seconds. Comes with 3 or 4 but a whole set of 12 is $12 online and you will likely never use more than 2 or 3. These have the classic vertical bobbin in front like the old Singers which tend to be more reliable and much easier to change pieces. Still in the original box, this machine has very little use, but how much it has been used really means nothing.....as long as it was stored indoors, all is good. It was stored a long time and it does show some age on the white plastic. This machine was cleaned, oiled and tested. Belts, bulbs and any other parts were replaced if needed and it runs and sews
