I had an excellent experience with Redwood Auto, thanks to the professionalism and care shown by Reggie and Casey. After dealing with an unexpected engine failure and being without a car for several weeks, I came in with specific needs and a tight budget. I really didn’t want to take on a car payment.

I'll start by saying I apologize for the length of this review but trust me worth every minute I spent to writing it.

I ran into an emergency late on Tuesday that required me to find a new vehicle. I called RW Auto Center at 8am in the morning wendesday after viewing some vehicles online; available at the lot. When I tell you from the moment we talked Casey was professional, knowledgeable, respectful, understanding and sooooo helpful.

He was in communication with my bank where I wanted my car loan from, kept me informed, worked with me on pricing, and offered to deliver the vehicle an hour and 45 minutes from the lot because I couldn't leave my house.

Not only that but he informed me they need to pick up the car for smog, and they would loan me a car in order to service it. I mentioned the ac not blowing cold and may need a charge. The response I got was when we pick it up for smog well service the ac and anything you come across that is wrong. (Not once have I bought as in condition vehicle taken it off the lot and had a company offer to fix something I found wrong)

Hands down the quickest, easiest  and upfront car service I have had in the 10 yrs of buying cars for myself and family.

1000% will be returning for future car needs.
