We had the most amazing experience working with GB automotive. Patrick, our sales person was amazing and very attentive and did everything possible to make it the most seamless process. Everyone in the office was so friendly and made sure that we were taking care of. Let me start off by saying I’m from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania, and I don’t typically leave a review on a transaction, but I had an amazing experience buying a vehicle from GB Automotive. This coming from a guy that dreads having to buy a vehicle from anywhere, let alone 2200 miles away. Not everything was perfect, but what wasn’t perfect was handled with perfection. I recently purchased a Toyota Sienna from GB Automotive and am very satisfied with my experience. Here are a few of the highlights:

1. The team I worked with (Patrick, Steve, Tim, and Keith) were all very friendly and helpful. They were responsive and honest throughout the entire process. I never felt pressured and enjoyed working with them.
2. When I pointed out an issue with a cracked front bumper, Steve had his team fix it before delivering the car.
3. I live in Pennsylvania, so the car needed to be delivered to me. Delivery was very affordable compared to third-party transport services, and Keith did a great job driving the car all the way across the country to get it to me.
4. After I pointed out some interior items that could have been attended to better in the detailing process, Steve went out of his way to ensure things were made right at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

Overall, it was a great experience and I'm glad I purchased the vehicle from GB Automotive. Even though I live all the way across the country, I will definitely reach out to Steve and the team the next time I'm in the market for a rust-free car!
