It's in mint condition with all original accessories included. 100% battery health with one charge cycle. I'm also including with the iPad: * A new case, I have several to choose from (see pictures) * A new screen protector * Apple Pencil is also available, see below I also have two iPad Air M2, one iPad Air 5th Gen Cellular, two 10th Gen iPads, and one 9th Gen iPad left, both are under AppleCare Warranty as well; see my other items. Asking: $325 -- reasonable offers will be considered. Don't bother with low balling. For an extra $40 I'll include an Apple Pencil USB-C ($80 new) or for $70 I'll include an Apple Pencil 1st Generation ($100 new). Sure, you can find cheaper options, but are they under AppleCare Warranty? Is the battery in good health? That's the difference between the iPads I sell and others. Mine are new, with very little, if any usage (which means a fresh, new battery with full capacity). Please take this into account. Also, I include a new case, some of which are quite expensive themselves, and a new screen protector. Location: Chandler Major cross roads are Chandler Blvd and McQueen.
