Bought a car from silver star auto auction
When they sold cars on 3rd street
They erased engine lights had a bad catilitic converter. Bought car was supposed to have a title . once I paid for the car they wanted another 400 in fees to get the title
They did do a smog for me  BUT I PAID FOR THAT TOO...
But I got ripped off. ..only bought the car because of the year and low mileage
Thought I was getting a good DEAL

It didn’t look like from the outside but the customer service from Silver Star was exceptional.  When I went to look at the  original car I found on their website, Taylor was nothing but helpful and let me take the car out for a test drive with no issue. After my wife found that car too small Taylor recommended the Santa Fe among other midsize SUVs they had available. Unlike other big dealers we went to, they didn’t add any unnecessary overhead cost to the car and still worked with us on the final quote. We left the lot with a very good deal and an extremely nice car. In addition Steve and Taylor worked with us when we found issues with the car and went as far as to giving us a loaner until those issues were resolved at no extra cost out of pocket. Steve is an extremely busy guy but I appreciated his attention to the matter and Taylor is an awesome salesperson. Thank you for treating us right and I would no doubt recommend Going to them for a good deal.

DO NOT FINANCE HERE. Only had the car 6 months already problem after problem. They buy cheap cars from junk yards and resell them. DONT DO IT

We had the pleasure of working with Taylor. Initially we came in looking for a small car but as Taylor was showing us our options she also showed us a vehicle that would work for us as we grow our small family. Communication was excellent and timely. She was very honest and trustworthy. Any questions we had, she answered and explained.
