2006 Grand Junction 5th wheel model 32TCG. We have all the paperwork from maintenance and receipts from the original purchase. All the owners manuals are there as well. The awning slide out covers are brand new other than one, new kitchen flooring. The carpet has some stains, it’s been cleaned but stains. There’s little things here and there, normal wear and tear but overall good. The roof was done about 5 years ago. This has been shop kept since brand new except when it was taken for camping trips and one year while a new garage was being built. No leaks, which is hard to find. We are second owners. The title is rebuilt and cannot be obtained for three years. The end cap on it was cracked and repaired and passed inspection by the state patrol. The title has a three year hold because the original owner passed away so can’t sign the paperwork to obtain immediate title. We have proof of purchase and death can be verified )This does not affect being able to transfer to your name or register and use. We need to go to the DMV to transfer and register to new owner. $19,900 obo. Will consider trade for 650 6 way blade bulldozer or possibly other heavy equipment. Let me know what you have.
