Going through with our first car purchase was a scary experience as it’s a large financial investment but they made us feel informed and comfortable, even as we asked for clarification on all aspects of the buy. This is hands down one of the worst dealerships I have been to. I went there with a good amount of money for a good reliable car, and instead was told the cars were thousands over their listed price on their own website. He also was walking to every car that is known for big issues. I said I was looking for a Honda or Toyota; he walked right to the Nissans and Mercedes. They were even trying to convince us to buy their personal vehicle for 10k and it was an old Honda. If it was nicer/newer, okay sure. But it was like a 2006 Honda accord, that was worth 4-5K max. He was honestly just one of the worst salesman I have interacted with. He was rushing us to pick our car out in like 10 minutes and then was upset we weren’t interested because we barely even got to look. I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Not even meaning it rude but It’s ghetto and really expensive for no reason. If you decide to shop here just be careful and double check pricing!

From the moment I walked in the door, I was impressed by the friendly and professional sales team at Superstar Motorz. They were knowledgeable about the cars on the lot and helped me find the perfect 2016 Ford Focus. Not only did I have a great buying experience, but I also highly recommend this dealership to all my friends. Their exceptional customer service and quality vehicles make them stand out from the rest. I will definitely be returning for my future car purchases.

Agreed on a "out the door" price before I drove from Tacoma Wa (3.5 with traffic each way)
During my drive up they decide it needed new brake pads and rotors. With no communication to me they decided to do the brakes and try charge me for them last minute.
One of the first questions I asked was about heat and a.c. The guy said "it's always the first thing we check, and both heat and a.c are great" I didn't get more then 65° in the cab on my drive home even though heat and fan was full blast.
Found out heatercore is going out.
It has over size tires. Tps light (tire psi light) was on and he informed me it was due to the over size tires and that the air levels were fine. After driving for an hour I stopped for gas and noticed 1 was low. Went to fill it up and as I took the stem cap off, the stem valve sprung out (shout out to les schwab for the help) got it fixed and aired up to finish drive home.
Went to drive the next morning and low again. Took it in to find out all the ires have micro stress cracks so they don't hold air.
Noticed when I got it the lock/unlock on key fob didn't work. Didn't really think anything besides dead battery. Went to Walmart the following day after buying he truck, first time i had to lock the doors. Key is cut wrong and took 15 minutes in down pour rain to finally get key to work after jiggling and shacking the handle violently(dealership said wrong cut on key) and the fob wasn't even the right one for the truck.
Was told on Friday the 7th id get a return call about the issues. I called today the 12th and was told he is "very forgetful" and will hopefully call me back today.

Nothing but blatant lies from everyone involved at the dealership.

Edited to state that they owner has reached out and communicated about the issues. With out asking for any reimbursement for necessary purchases and repairs he offered to send a check out for some minor compensation.
The amount didnt cover near the repairs but the communication meant alot.
