Super clean well kept 28 foot trailer great for a big family with little ones. Sleeps 8-10. 4 Bunks in back with own child entrance , master private room nice double bed . Lots of sleeping area. Full bathroom with tub/shower. Lots of storage, 1 large pop out. All appliances work. A/C and heater. Outdoor shower attachment. New battery’s, current tags. It’s never been lived in, no smoking . The awning does need to be replaced. We have a new replacement that was given to us but it doesn’t fit but can be made to fit it someone wants it. 7400 lbs dry weight.
