Very cool vintage Universal machine that works your whole body. Flat , incline,decline bench, military press. Curls,lying curls , lying triceps extension, leg press and calve raises. Really versatile well oiled machine. Invaluable when spotters are not readily available. The safe way to bench when training without a spotter. Comes with 2 -50 lb plates and 2 -25 lb plates. if you don’t need plates the machine by itself is $250 comes with rubber mat and accessorie handles shown . With plates an extra $100 cash
