The bed is in great condition except for a split in the metal in the back bottom shelf section (corresponds to part#C-2), which has not affected its usability or stability. Easy to assemble and have included assembly instructions in the photos. Bed includes guardrails and integrated ladders making this suitable for children over six years old. The convertible futon feature allows to switch from a sit to sleep position by simply lifting the light weight of the seat; a quick and easy transformation into a ready to use bed.
