This part was parted out from a 1998 Honda Civic with a D16Y5 Manual Transmission and is 100% Genuine original OEM stock Honda part. The part is fully functional and pulled from an excellent running vehicle/engine that is being parted out. Does includes the hardware included in the picture plus the bolt for the other side, I suspect this is the original hardware but no guarantee.
