Cute and cozy 17ft , AC and heater work well as well as the refrigerator .tags are not up to date they are behind as of July 2024 I am not paying for them take it as is , it’s in good condition but not perfect needs TLC , the bathtub has a crack that we sealed two years ago and it has not given us a problem , also showerhead needs to be replaced ,two of the kitchen drawers need repair, the vent in the restroom does not open up needs repair , and the awning needs repair as well ……….$3000 nothing less PLEASE DO NOT ASK thank you
