Bed frame is solid and adjustable in height it also has a roll out pop up trundle (not sure if I spelled that right) so that you can have a second pop up twin bed. We only have one twin mattress with it. Mattress is in good condition and lightly used. Super comfy pillow top mattress I would say it’s medium to medium soft. Also comes with two bunky boards so that you don’t need box springs for the mattresses (those pair with the bed frame) OBO $100 for mattress $175 for bed frame $250 if you buy both
