For sale is an early 60’s vintage Silvertone 612 Acoustic archtop guitar. It is in very good shape for the age, this particular model was only produced from late 1962 thru mid 1963. That puts it at right around 57 years old. For a 57 year old guitar, it’s in great shape. The binding looks to have been repaired at one point and I think it’s a pretty well-done repair job. You could use it as a decorative piece or use it as a player’s guitar — it’s got that little something and the tone is really special. Pretty low action, too! This is the last Silvertone model to have block fret markers on a natural finished acoustic f-hole guitar. Safe & masked transaction outdoors, please. I’ll do cash or Venmo/Paypal friends&family.
