(New account so if the post seems familiar that’s why). 13ft Mostly restored but could still use some touching up. Pulls straight with good tires plus a spare. Stabilizers in back along with storage space with key to lock up. All outside lights work with working vehicle hookup, inside is wired just needs hooked up. Dinette folds down from chain into a bed with another in back. Small closet/bathroom space whatever you make it I suppose but was originally a small restroom. It’s in between paint jobs obviously but has been sealed up. Won’t take much to make this little girl shine really a lot of potential and can be pulled by just about anything. I.E. I have a 2013 Honda CR-V and it pulled like a champ.Bill of sale only would be willing to entertain trades in running truck/motorcycle and 2 amendment items.
