Up for sale is this retro-inspired 2000 Kawasaki W650. This model is often compared to the 1960’s Triumph Bonneville for it’s clean lines and vintage appeal. It has several stock “extras” such as a center stand- great for oil changes or when parking it in a narrow space, kickstart option- for when your battery dies or you just feel like kickstarting it, and helmet lock. Bike is in overall very good condition, rides smooth and has been serviced regularly. Invested about $800 this last year on cleaning and rebuild of carbs, new tires, and new petcock so that whoever buys it doesnt have to spend any money on fixing anything, just gas and go! Bike runs like new, any mechanic that knows will tell you the same. Beyond that, bike shows signs of any bike being used /ridden with the usual small nicks/dings. The seat has been repaired where it had a small hole as shown in photo. Rear fender has a small crack (both sides, see pic) from being improperly handled by a well meaning, (unnamed) relative, who was assisting loading. He picked up the bike by grasping the rear fender.
