We have owned this RV since 2003 and have traveled everywhere between Florida and Canada multiple times, but we are upgrading so this one is for sale. The motorhome has a single living area slide with two sofas and a dinette. There is a split/walk through bath with a queen bed in the rear. The V10 motor has 68000 original miles on it. Everything works with the exception of the front TV. We hit a bump in New Hampshire and the screen went black. The generator starts and runs great. There is plenty of tread on the tires, but the front tires are showing cracks. There have been a couple of roof leaks over the years, but were resealed right away. We have replaced the front air conditioner, slide topper, skylight(one of the leaks), awning rollers, brand new coach batteries, new wipers, and windshield trim. The roof has recently been repainted with two coats Henry 100% silicone roof coating. There are some cosmetic issues such as the stripes are fading, clear coat peeling in places, rear bedroom window awning is ripped from sun. Feel free to ask for more pictures.
