It can fit 3 people and is very comfy. I rejected many an Ikea couch in favor of this dreamboat. It's a few years old and I'm the second owner (for only 4 months). The last owners gave it a professional cleaning. There are a few light dirt stains (can see in pics 1-2 on the cushions and on the edges), but they're not very noticable and I flip the cushions around so they're hidden (last image). Moving to a small studio so I need this gone by Oct 2. I can help move out of the apartment but you'll need to bring your own help. There is a loading dock and moving elevator that fit this couch comfortably!
