This is a FIXER UPPER 1996 Jayco Eagle 28ft There was a leak in the roof, who’s has been tarped. The leak is in front left corner, the ceiling is sagging in front of the couch area, but other than that, from the inside you don’t see any visual water damage. The refrigerator wasn’t working on 12v/propane not sure about 110, heater works good, water works good, tires old but are holding 40psi there is a spot in the back rear drivers side where the paneling is coming apart by the rear bumper. This trailer definitely needs some work put into it and a new roof and new carpet, the carpet is old and dingy. It’s been tarped since the leak was found. I have used this at my recreational property to stay in while hunting. It has a nice big kitchen area, a big bed at the back (queen), with a door at the back room. The sofa pulls down into a bed, this is where the slid out is, and and the dinette is also a bed. This is a really well laid out trailer. It is super heavy 9500 lbs. you will need at least a 3/4 ton truck to pull it. It is in Randall WA. Please only contact us if serious.
