Title says it all. Bought this a year ago used it ONCE (correct 1 time in a year). It has sat in my driveway the entire time other than that. Paid $17,000+ with hitch. Bought it brand new from Broadmoor RV in Pasco WA. Has warranty for another year and an extended warranty can be purchased as well. Warranty is transferable. I don’t use it as I am out of town on work a lot and I don’t ever have time to enjoy it. This is basically brand new with 3 days of use. I have floor runners, trash cans, heated RV hose line (brand new in box comes with purchase). Has an unused black water hose (never been used). Comes with the sway bar hitch, a brand new ten gallon propane tank that came when I originally purchased it. Has stabilizing pads. AC, Heater, fridge/box freezer, two bunks, queen size bed, 10’ awning with exterior awning speakers, interior speakers, shower, toilet, kitchen sink and gas stove with single marble design plastic counter top. Kitchen table nook with two bench seats. Interior sound system and tons of storage space. Hot water heater, fresh water holding tank as well as water utility hook up. Also has electrical utility hook up. I have the converter cord which will come with the sale as well. Again I can’t stress that this is brand new. I used it once for three days and have washed it 4 times. Can’t find a nicer one on a sales lot. Just want it gone to someone who will use it. I owe $9500 left which means you will need to take out a loan to finish the payments and pay me cash for the remainder OR you will pay me cash for the $5000 I am into it (not including my loss of $3,000). And then we will need to contact the title holder (my credit union and they will send you the title upon your payment of the rest). This is not a scam I just don’t want to pay or keep something I don’t use.
