This little beauty has seen better days, but she could be your instant home office, school, or guest room. Rumbling down the road is starting to shake her apart at the seams but if you need an escape from your family or just a spare room in your yard or driveway she’s got a few more years in her. There are leaks you will want to tarp over, but the plumbing and electrical systems work, the fridge, hot water, and stovetop work, and if you felt like repairing the gas lines to the oven and furnace those could probably work, too. Water pump works on battery power only, but there is a hookup for a hose, too. Fridge is AC or propane. We may be open to delivery in the Puget sound area.
