1997 Kawasaki KX250

This is my 1997 Kawasaki KX250 Bike is in my name. 2025 Green Sticker 1997 "Bike of the year" voted by Dirt Bike Magazine Selling my 1997 KX 250 I purchased from the original owner back in 2005. I have used the bike 2-3 times a year probably 10 seasons on and off over past 20 years. I have original owners manual, warranty card , etc. Frame was professionally powder coated I lighter green when bike was 1 year old to match lighter Kawi green. ( I have receipt). Engine was freshened up right before I purchased ( receipts for new piston, rings and gaskets ) light use since then I had put a dessert tank on it , but swapped it back to stock tank with all new plastics and seat cover for my 17y/o son, but he prefers 4 stroke. I have dessert tank and stock plastics that come with it. Rear tire is good, new front tire. I always ran bike out of gas before storing in garage or shed. Bike starts on half kick. 2-3 kicks after not running over a year Most dependable bike I've owned. I replaced with a 2009 CRF450X, but prefer riding this I am listing both and will keep whichever doesn't sell Will consider trade or partial trade for California plated Honda or KTM.
