Best offer pick up in Staatsburg/Rhinebeck area, Bought this really nice quality Futon at the Futon store in Wappingers. I kept looking across the showroom at this one because the pattern and the colors were pretty much the best one in the store, in my opinion. The memory foam mattress is not a cheap one, and it’s really comfortable! Love the fold out end tables. We paid $1400 for it. Really good condition.
